Strength is RAC’s foundational lifting program — structured, progressive sessions built around the compound movements that matter most: squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, and more. Expert coaches guide every set so you’re always moving safely and making real progress.

Whether you’ve never touched a barbell or you’re an experienced lifter ready to push your limits, the Strength program gives you the coaching, the programming, and the environment to get seriously strong.

Start to Finish

Every Strength session follows a proven structure built to maximize your time and produce consistent results.

Warm-Up

Movement prep, bar path drills, and activation work to prime your joints and nervous system for heavy lifting.

Main Lifts

Compound movements coached set by set. Heavy, intentional, and form-focused every rep — with your coach right there.

Accessory Work

Targeted exercises to build supporting muscle groups, address weak points, and keep your body balanced and injury-free.

Time Permitting
Finisher

If there’s gas left in the tank, we end with a short conditioning finisher to build work capacity alongside your strength.
