The Fitness Race
You Train For.

HYROX is the world’s fastest-growing fitness race — eight rounds of 1km running alternating with eight functional workout stations. RAC’s HYROX Conditioning program trains you specifically for the race format: building the running endurance, functional strength, and mental toughness you need to cross the finish line strong.

Not ready to race? No problem. This program is one of the most effective training methods out there whether you’re chasing a HYROX podium, looking for a new fitness challenge, or just want a coach-led class that truly tests what you’re made of.

The Race Format

Every HYROX race follows the same format: 1km run, then a functional station, repeated eight times. We train every single one.

Start to Finish

Every HYROX Conditioning session is structured to simulate race conditions while building the specific fitness you need to perform on race day.

Warm-Up & Movement Prep

Dynamic warm-up, mobility work, and running drills to activate your entire system and prepare your body for high-intensity effort.

~15 min
Running Block

Paced running intervals — treadmill, track, or pavement. Building the aerobic base and race-pace endurance that powers you between every station.

~30 min
Station Training

HYROX-specific station work: SkiErg, rowing, sled, carries, wall balls, lunges — coached reps with race-weight loading and full technique cues.

~5 min
Cool-Down

Structured recovery — breathing, stretching, and reflection on what you pushed through. Your body did work. We honor it.
