Paced running intervals — treadmill, track, or pavement. Building the aerobic base and race-pace endurance that powers you between every station.
HYROX-specific station work: SkiErg, rowing, sled, carries, wall balls, lunges — coached reps with race-weight loading and full technique cues.
Structured recovery — breathing, stretching, and reflection on what you pushed through. Your body did work. We honor it.
