Keep your child active, confident, and improving all summer long with our Youth Speed, Strength & Agility Program at Rutan Athletic Club, in partnership with Paradise Sports Performance.

This program is built for both athletes and non-athletes.
Whether your child plays sports and wants to gain a competitive edge, or simply needs a structured way to get stronger, move better, and stay active—this delivers real results.

What Your Child Will Gain:

Program Details:

  • Dates: June 2 – July 30 (No sessions the week of July 4th)

  • Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • Times: 10:00–10:45 AM or 6:00–6:45 PM

  • Ages: 8–16

Each session is designed to challenge every child at their level - no experience needed.
Athletes will improve performance. Non-athletes will build a strong foundation and learn how to move with confidence.

Your child will train in a positive, high-energy group environment with experienced coaches who focus on proper technique, encouragement, and real progress.

Spots are limited to ensure every child gets the attention they need.
