Youth Summer Program – Speed, Strength & Agility Training

Help your athlete build confidence, improve performance, and stay active this summer with our structured Youth Summer Program at Rutan Athletic Club with Paradise Sports Performance

Designed for ages 8–16, this program focuses on developing speed, strength, and agility in a fun, high-energy environment led by experienced coaches. Whether your child plays sports or just wants to get stronger and more athletic, this program delivers real results.

Program Details:

  • Dates: June 2 – July 30 (Off July 4th week)

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays

    • 10:00 – 10:45 AM

    • 6:00 – 6:45 PM

  • Ages: 8–16

Each session is built to improve:

  • Explosive speed and quickness

  • Strength and body control

  • Coordination and athletic movement

Athletes will train in a supportive group setting that keeps them motivated while learning proper technique and building discipline.

Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching and attention for every athlete.
